How to Request an Agenda Item

Public Comment Period
For those who do not wish to request a formal agenda item, every regular meeting includes a designated Public Comment period.
- Time Limit: Each speaker is typically allotted three (3) minutes.
- Scope: This is a time for the Board to listen to your concerns. Please note that the Board may not be able to take immediate action on items raised during public comment if they were not previously noticed on the agenda.
