OCHOCO WEST SPRING BOX REPAIR
PROJECT NO. 2025-001

Sealed bids for the Ochoco West Spring Box Repair, generally consisting of a new precast spring box and infiltration gallery, will be received until 2:00 p.m. Pacific Time, Thursday, October 1, 2026, by Jamie Helms, Facilities Manager, Ochoco West Water and Sanitary Authority, 5488 NW Prine Road, Prineville, Oregon 97754. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at 2:00 p.m. Pacific Time on October I, 2026, immediately after Bid Closing, at the same address.

 

• Engineer's Estimate. Approximately $150,000.
• Prequalification. No mandatory prequalification is required.
• First-Tier Subcontractor Disclosure. Required disclosure forms are due by 4:00 p.m. Pacific Time on October 1, 2026.
• Bidding Documents. Bidding Documents may be reviewed at the OWWSA office at the address above and reviewed or obtained electronically at www.premierbx.com.
• Prevailing Wages. This is a public works project subject to Oregon prevailing wage requirements under ORS 279C.800 through ORS 279C.870.
• Domestic Preference. This project is subject to the American Iron and Steel (AIS) requirements instituted by Section 746 of Title VII of the Consolidated Appropriations Act of2017 and subsequent annual appropriations for WWD programs. Absent an approved waiver, all iron and steel products used in this project must be produced in the United States. The AIS De Minirnis and AIS Minor Component waivers apply.
